Great dive bar in St Augustine on St George Street! Wife and I stopped in at an off hour for lunch! Our bartender Jill was fantastic and talked us into ordering lunch! I ordered the Bratwurst Sandwich with peppers and onions, my wife ordered a Cheeseburger! Food was fantastic! Todd does a super job! Beer was cold! Fun place to visit while you are in town! We will definitely return!!!
Fun place to go for late night drinks We are visiting from Melbourne Florida. Stayed here enjoying drinks and music until around 1 am
Excellent service and food. The atmo was a little noisy/busy for our tastes, but the food made up. My wife didnt really want anything on the menu, so she made up a sandwich and they made it for her. She thought it was excellent too.
Great hole in the wall bar to have a cocktails. Cozy and dark, take a break from walking and shopping. Friendly!

We called into St. George’s Tavern for drink(s) & had a blast. Our Bartender Heather made our first visit to St. George’s Tavern a very memorable & fabulous one. They were not at all “stingy” with their pours. One could easily tell this is right in the heart of the tourist area & had plenty of locals & regulars on this visit. We had a great time hanging out & sharing stories with the staff & locals. The locals also treated us very well. When going to St. Augustine, please stop in & say Hello to Heather & the rest of the staff. All made us feel very welcome & happy. They even let me place my “REX~LIVING A DREAM” sticker on their cooler for the world to see. We bought a couple shirts & some other swag. We had a great time in St. Augustine this past visit & this definitely was the highlight of the tour. We will be back for sure.
It’s gives modern tavern dive in the best way possible. Drinks are cheap, bartenders banter with the regulars in a fun way that a tourist who loves dive bars (such as myself) enjoys. Service was quick and kind. -weird girl with green hair.
Wow, got really lucky on this find! Jill behind the bar, awesome personality and been there 23 years. Best burger I've had since Norwoods in NSB. Drove up from NSB and the weather got crappy but it was worth the drive just for this place. What a crazy cool town. AND TWO GOLDEN TEE machines, pinch me already!
